Mare Silva joined Partners for Youth with Disabilities as the Marketing and Development Manager in 2025. Prior to working at PYD, Mare has experience in the nonprofit world with marketing, development, and community engagement. They have a lifelong goal and passion of improving marketing strategies with a focus on accessibility.

Mare graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts from Suffolk University with a concentration on performance and directing. In their spare time they volunteer for LGBTQIA+ centered organizations, perform in a chorus, stage and voice act, and create art.
